Hello everyone and welcome to Burauen Community Church on the net.
We are a thriving church based on the island of Leyte in the Philippines and we want to use this website to show how we are seeking to fulfill our vision in leading people in their inheritance in Christ Jesus.
The Apostle Paul writes in Acts 20:32 "So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified." NKJV.
This was part of the commission that Paul received when Jesus appeared to him on the road to Damascus (Acts 26 verse 18) and something we sense God is leaning us towards as a church among the Waray (translated into English as "Nothing") people of Leyte.

We are privileged to be part of the Manna Christian Fellowship, Maidstone Kent, which is a family of five churches in Maidstone and the South East of England affliated with the Assemblies of God.
We are part of their vision in serving God at home and overseas and my own family in England worship at the local Bearsted Community Church.
